Born in the 1950s, I had an idyllic childhood on the West Cornish coast. I worked in banking, feeling trapped and unfulfilled, until starting a health food business. Despite initial success, it failed, leading to personal and financial struggles.

 

A sales job revived me, but unhealthy habits took a toll. A second marriage and healthier lifestyle improved things, but family tensions and job loss brought new challenges.

 

Life coaching ultimately helped me find confidence and fulfilment, inspiring me to assist others.
